Voyage requests

Sending a request does not confirm a reservation. A voyage is confirmed only after availability, fare, cabin, guest details, payment conditions and any other applicable requirements have been agreed through the voyage team.

Fares and availability

Published amounts are “From” fares per guest and depend on cabin selection and availability. Additional services, selected restaurant items, beverages and gambling transactions may cost extra.

Routes and onboard services

Routes, port calls and onboard programs may change because of weather, safety, port operations, vessel requirements or applicable regulations. Specific cabins, dining times, menus, games and facilities remain subject to availability.

Guest responsibility

Guests are responsible for suitable travel documents, meeting entry requirements and sharing relevant dietary or accessibility needs early enough for review. Guests must follow onboard safety instructions and reasonable standards of conduct.

Casino conditions

Casino access and gambling activities are restricted to guests aged 18 or over. Valid identification may be required. Chips, wagers and balances are separate from the cruise fare. Hours depend on the ship’s position and maritime regulations, and game availability can vary. Posted rules and table limits apply.

Responsible play

Gambling should remain planned paid entertainment. Guests should set time and spending limits, take breaks and never chase losses.
